Session 1: Orthodontic Diagnostics Exam, Documentation and Diagnosis

This course will teach you the rationale for when to use different appliance designs, and the fabrication and delivery protocols to use an appliance diagnostically, therapeutically and behaviorally.

Learn about simple periodontal procedures include bone grafting, ridge preservation, crown lengthening, periodontal flap surgery, and mucogingival surgery; incorporation of many of these procedures will increase the success of subsequent implant placement, promote retention of natural dentition where possible, and improve overall gingival esthetics.

This program teaches dentists specific skills in capturing an “Optimized Bite” physiologically in the vertical, AP and frontal domains without manual manipulation or need for Shimbashi measurements.

Learn to recognize breathing-disturbed sleep and the associated anatomic “choke points” of respiration, with a systematic approach to controlling and resolving airway issues and their associated dental co-morbidities within a restorative dental practice.
