Worn Dentition: Direct and Indirect Adhesive Management Through a Non-invasive Approach

Fear of the severe wear case failing can cause dentists to hesitate in treatment, doubt the appropriate next step, and often refer a potentially lucrative case. This course will give you a solid foundation in what to look for, how to plan and how to predictably treat worn dentitions.

This course will review camera set-up and what settings to use for each photo. All photos from diagnostic series, portraits, lab communication and social media posts will be covered.

Learn and understand the various types of bone density with associated surgical and prosthetic modification techniques, and understand the indications for socket grafting and a detailed protocol on the use of autograft, allograft, and various membranes.

Despite the removal of enamel, the goal for crown preparation is always the preservation of tooth structure for long-term predictability, function and durability.
